4.4 Your student support team

You will find our Information Point just to the right of the glass entrance to the South Cloister building. The team is there to support you with a wide range of matters, from queries about registration, timetabling, module selection, digital check-in and coursework submission, to help with wellbeing, Individual Learning Plans, mitigation, interruptions and withdrawals.

The Information Point is usually open Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5pm in term time (and 9am - 5pm during holidays). If you’re not on campus, don’t worry, as all of the support and services on offer are equally available online or by phone.

At the Knowledge Spa in Truro, you can seek help from Reception, which is through the main doors in the centre of the building, facing the car park.
