
mySARAH is the online course for patients on the SARAH (Strengthening And Stretching for Rheumatoid Arthritis of the Hand) exercise programme.
What is this course about?
This course teaches you 11 exercises to strengthen your hand muscles and improve your joint flexibility. You'll also learn how to adjust these exercises based on your symptoms, set goals to track your progress, and create a plan to fit the exercises into your daily routine for long-term benefits.
How should I follow this course?
You have been directed to this SARAH course by your therapist or another member of your rheumatology team because this suits your treatment needs. It is important that you complete this course under their supervision only. Please consult them if you have any questions about the exercises or your rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. If you have a flare-up, please seek immediate medical advice and treatment.

What is required?
This four-week course requires 30-45 minutes of your time each week. To gain the maximum benefits, we encourage you to complete each week's session as instructed, regularly practice the exercises, log in for the following week’s session and complete all four weeks.
At the beginning and end of the course, as well as four months after completion, you will be asked to answer a few simple questions. These questions will help track your recovery progress and assess how the course is helping you and others.
How long can I access this course?
You will have access for eight months from the date of enrollment.
