These online modules will provide information about the CHART trial and support you in your delivery of the CHART intervention.
You should work your way through the modules and watch the presentations. There are some quizzes and other activities attached to some of the modules to check your learning. There are also some additional resources for you to read to give further information and consolidate your knowledge. Remember to click 'mark as done' at the end of each section when you have completed it. This ensures it registers on the system and gives you access to a certificate at the end.
There is a document below titled 'Time needed for training modules'. This document provides details on the amount of time required for each training module, along with information on which modules are mandatory for specific individuals. Please refer to the table to help you plan and allocate your time effectively, ensuring that you can complete the training while managing your existing workload.
On completion of this training you will be sent a link to join a mandatory live session over Microsoft Teams. For those of you involved in the Geriatrician led assessment this session will be with Professor Andy Clegg. For those of you involved in the therapy led assessment the session will be with Professor Vicki Goodwin. For the therapy-led session you will be sent some case studies to look at prior to the session. In this session we will use the case studies to go through the process of intervention delivery, problem solve and answer any questions.
Please use the forum to post any questions that come up as you complete the training. These cannot be answered directly but the questions will be collated and answered at the mandatory live session.
