Building: One Info Point

There is plenty of support for you during your studies, just ask!

full list of Information Points can be found here.

Psychology and CEDAR students use Info at Washington Singer or the CEDAR email. The info point is based in the Washington Singer building, Streatham Campus; building 9 on the campus map.

The team is there to provide advice about a wide range of matters, from queries about registration, timetabling, module selection, digital check-in and coursework submission, to help with wellbeing, Individual Learning Plans, mitigation, interruptions and withdrawals.

The Information Points are usually open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm in term time (phone lines open 8.15am - 5.00pm). If you’re not on campus, don’t worry, as all of the support and services on offer are equally available online or by phone.

You can email the Student Services Team at any time, but it’s always a good idea to check the following places for answers to your queries first:

Online support

If you’ve already got your Exeter IT account set up you’ll be able explore the Psychology Handbook on ELE, which provides further support for Psychology students.

If you haven’t yet got your IT account set up, look for the link to the Information Point ELE pages the first time you log in. It appears in a block on the right-hand side of every Psychology module page, along with handy links to our Resources and the Library Guides.

Successful study at University stems from a partnership between students and staff. Our Student Contract sets out how this partnership will operate and your rights and responsibilities as a student, and states the obligations of both parties to each other. In addition, there is information on programmes, tuition fees and complaints, cancellation and termination rights and data protection and intellectual property principles. Please read it carefully!
