Welcome Week at Exeter is your opportunity to explore and discover all that’s on offer throughout your time with us, and to meet hundreds of students in the Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences - and from across the University. For new students Welcome Week will run from Monday 16 September to Sunday 22 September 2024, with arrivals taking place between the 14 and 15 of September. 

The Students’ Union have been working closely with all the societies and sports clubs to put together an amazing schedule of events. There will be a Welcome Fayre on 18 September where you can meet the student committees of sports clubs and societies. There will also be an array of local and national businesses in attendance. 

Welcome Week is the perfect time to meet new people, try a new activity, and learn more about Penryn and the surrounding area. However, this isn’t the only time you will have these opportunities, put your wellbeing first and make sure you rest. The SU’s events, sports clubs and societies run throughout the year so you will always have plenty to get involved with.
