Welcome Week in Exeter Forum Street

Welcome Week at Exeter is your opportunity to explore and discover all that’s on offer throughout your time with us, and to meet hundreds of students in the Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences – and from across the University. 

For most new students Welcome Week runs in September during the week before teaching starts. It's your chance to speak to a range of societies and sports clubs, find out about some of the amazing opportunities available to you, and soak up the atmosphere on campus! Attending the Week is a brilliant way to get involved with everything on offer.

The Students’ Guild works closely with all the societies and student groups to put together an amazing schedule of events and you can check out some of the highlights in the Students' Guild events page.

The Guild also run a Give it a Go Programme where you have the opportunity to try out a unique range of activities and trips including Paddleboarding, Inflatable Courses, Crafts, visiting the Eden Project and more!
