South Cloisters

You will find our Information Point just to the right of the glass entrance to the South Cloisters building on the St. Luke’s campus (Building 11 on the St. Luke’s campus map). The team is there to support you with a wide range of matters, from queries about registration, timetabling, module selection, digital check-in and coursework submission, to help with wellbeing, Individual Learning Plans, mitigation, interruptions and withdrawals.

The Information Point is usually open Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5pm in term time (and 9am - 5pm during holidays). If you’re not on campus, don’t worry, as all of the support and services on offer are equally available online or by phone.

You can email the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences Student Services Team at any time via info.stlukes@exeter.ac.uk, but it’s always a good idea to check the following places for answers to your queries first:


iExeter

This is your online student portal, accessible via a browser at www.exeter.ac.uk/students/iexeter/ as well as an app that you can download for free from the iTunes App Store or Google Play. You can check your timetable, ask questions via SID, see your financial statements, submit coursework, and much more.

Exeter Dashboard

Successful study at University stems from a partnership between students and staff. Our Student Contract sets out how this partnership will operate and your rights and responsibilities as a student, and states the obligations of both parties to each other. In addition, there is information on programmes, tuition fees and complaints, cancellation and termination rights and data protection and intellectual property principles. Please read it carefully!


Monthly Faculty of Health and Life Sciences Student Bulletin

The Student Support Team put together a monthly email Bulletin during term time that contains important messages about your course. Please ensure that you read this carefully and check for any actions you need to take, particularly relating to deadlines and assessments.

In the next section we’ll talk you through some of the processes that the Student Support Team oversee relating to assessments and attendance.
