There is plenty of support for you during your studies, just ask!

Info at Penryn (also sometimes called Penryn Information Point, or PIP) is located in the Peter Lanyon Building on Penryn Campus. You can also email at info.penryn@ex.ac.uk or phone on 01326 371800.

The Information Point desk is usually open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm in term time (phone line open 8.15am - 5.00pm). If you’re not on campus, don’t worry, as all of the support and services on offer are equally available online or by phone.

The team is there to support you with a wide range of matters, from queries about registration, timetabling, module selection, digital check-in and coursework submission, to help with wellbeing, Individual Learning Plans, mitigation, interruptions and withdrawals.
